Refund Policy
What I sell
A single ebook, The Destroying Angels, delivered as an EPUB file by download link immediately after payment. There is no physical product and no subscription. You are charged once.
Refunds
Because the book is delivered instantly and permanently, I do not offer refunds for change of mind once the file has been downloaded.
I will refund you in full, no questions asked, if any of the following happen:
- Your download link never arrives, or it does not work.
- The file is corrupt or will not open in a normal EPUB reader.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You were charged and never received the book.
If you have not downloaded the file yet and you change your mind, email me and I will refund you.
How to request one
Email orders@wickburlson.com with the email address you used at checkout. I aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually take five to ten business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Buyers in the EU and UK
Consumer law in the EU and UK normally gives you fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download begins, and by starting the download you agree to immediate delivery and give up the withdrawal right. The guarantees above still apply, and they are not affected by this.
